The shipyard at Raudeberg has for a long time been a good place to work, with short distances within the site, and between the offices and production premises. We adhere to strict HSE requirements, so that our employees can go about their work safely. The premises are well maintained and provide a pleasant place to work, and we have a great, friendly canteen run by the company.

At Stadyard, we believe that people are the key. Our employees are our most important resource, and we should always look after each other. We have a good mix of people from different backgrounds and of different ages, who know different kinds of things.
